Applications are now CLOSED for Soonercon 34! All applications will now be added to the WAITLIST.

Soonercon is a pop culture convention held June 19-21, 2026 at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in Norman, OK. Exhibitors get exposure to more than 3,500 fans of anime, comics, gaming, pop culture, fantasy, film, TV, sci-fi, art, and literature.

There's no cost to apply. Here’s how it works:

Click Apply for Booth Join Waitlist below to apply for the space you wish to reserve.
Fill in all requested information on the application form.
Completing the application form does not guarantee a reservation of space at the convention.
Check your email regularly. If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an email outlining the reservation process and a link to pay for the space.
If you do not complete the steps outlined in the approval email, including full payment or alternative arrangements, within 14 days of our sending the email, your spot will be released for other exhibitors to reserve.

Note: We do not offer half or split booth pricing or contracts.

Approvals will be prioritized using the following criteria:

Overall variety of exhibitor offerings
Programming guests
Space availability

What is your policy on AI and 3D prints in your vendor spaces?

AI art is strictly prohibited for all of our vending spaces including Artist Alley, Art Show, and Exhibitor Hall. 3D prints are restricted to works created by the modeler themselves, modded, or licensed. Please see our full policy under Digitally-Enabled or Enhanced Creative Mediums at Soonercon in our Rules and Policies.
