Amber Hanneken

Amber Hanneken is a marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience launching products and improving brand messaging for successful technology companies. With a background in newspaper journalism, she uses her writing prowess to develop effective audience-based messaging for web, print, email, and social media. Amber currently works for Logitech G as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Logitech G is focused on pushing the boundaries of video-game performance and exploring the possibilities of play through better gear and game integration.


In her spare time, Amber helps run the 509(a)2 charity Heal Over Time, which raises funds for Oklahoma Children’s Hospital Foundation. There, she leads Extra Life, a program that unites gamers to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network hospitals. Her Extra Life has raised over $100,000 so far. 

She also serves as Director of Marketing for Soonercon, a nonprofit convention promoting arts, literature, and the sciences through the lens of pop culture. 

Her hobbies include miniature painting, Dungeons and Dragons, video games, curling up to a good anime or animated film, cosplay, and cat cuddling.
