Trey Nester

Trey Nester is the Assistant Director of Marketing for Soonercon, Oklahoma’s premier pop culture convention. With nine years of marketing experience, he brings a blend of strategic insight and creative energy to every campaign. From digital outreach to in-person engagement, Trey helps grow Soonercon’s presence while keeping the heart of fandom at the center of it all.

Outside of work, Trey is a passionate fan of 80s movies, anime, and Dungeons & Dragons. He believes the 1980s was the greatest decade in cinema—no debate—and can quote Stand By Me line for line. He’s always up for a discussion about the best anime fight scenes or crafting the next unforgettable moment in a homebrewed D&D campaign.

Whether behind the scenes promoting Oklahoma’s biggest fan convention or deep in a fantasy world of his own making, Trey blends creativity, community, and a deep love for storytelling in everything he does.
